Account Structure & Terms

  • Client capital is managed via separately managed accounts (SMAs). Your account with us is in your name, we don't take physical custody of your funds, and you retain control of all your assets - we simply have trading privileges.

    While we don’t enforce a lock-up, we do ask that all clients have a long-term investment horizon and give us a 30-day notice before withdrawing funds or closing their accounts.

    All client accounts own the same positions at approximately the same sizes.

  • Clients will pay a flat 2.00% annual management fee.

    All fund expenses excluding bank fees/trade commissions are included in our management fee. Our fee structure is negotiable based on account size and investment duration.
